Over the years these vital funds have bought much needed diagnostic and treatment equipment for the Hospital’s emergency and maternity departments. All equipment from the initiative has been donated on the basis of doctors and nurses building capacity at the hospital and delivering better care and outcomes for the Singleton community in times of need.
The day saw 70 players made up of local business people and friends take in a round of golf day Singleton Golf Club under beautiful sunny conditions.
Event organiser David Flynn said, “We would like to thank our major sponsor Glencore and strong contributors Coal and Allied and Mine Tek for the for their continued support along with the many other sponsors and the community who supported us on the day. Supporting our local hospital is something we are all passionate about and to have so much fun doing it is just a bonus!"
