SURPRISE!In what will come as news to their family and friends, Ballarat's Patricia and Glenn Hibberd eloped to a llama sanctuary yesterday."We weren't going to tell anyone until Sunday but I guess they'll find out a bit earlier now," Mr Hibberd told The Courier.Yesterday marked 12 months to the day since the couple met on social networking website MySpace."Once we met and became friends, we never stopped talking," the now Mrs Hibberd said. They became engaged three months later on July 24 last year.Mrs Hibberd said Serenity Llamas near Yendon proved to be the perfect location for their wedding ceremony."We both really wanted to get married in the outdoors in a farm environment," she said."And the llamas are gorgeous and really friendly."The only guests at the intimate ceremony were five of the couple's friends, sanctuary owners Peter and Gayle Martin, and Prancer the llama.Llama Earl later joined in, taking the newlyweds for a ride in a specially-designed cart. The afternoon ceremony was presided over by celebrant Susan Bailey, who travelled from Sydney to attend. In a romantic touch, Mrs Hibberd performed the song Thank You For Being My Friend, which she wrote especially for her husband to mark the occasion.
