Drug kingpin Tony Mokbel's nephew has been charged after he refused to give evidence over a fatal shooting at a Melbourne boxing match. Craigieburn father Ben Togiai, 30, was gunned down and two others were wounded outside the match at Kensington in March last year. It can now be revealed Anthony Mokbel was charged with contempt after he refused to give evidence at a compulsory hearing into the shooting last week. The 24-year-old son of Tony Mokbel's brother Horty, was ordered to attend the hearing as a witness after he refused to co-operate with investigators. His cousin, Brittany McGuire, told an earlier hearing she fled the event in a cab with Mr Mokbel and a friend after the shooting. Four men have been charged over the shooting, including Abdullah El Nasher, who is Ms McGuire's partner, and Osamma Allouche. Mikhael Myko and Ali El Nasher, who is the brother of Abdullah, have also been charged over the shooting. Mr Mokbel will return to court for his contempt matter next week. Australian Associated Press
