Lorna, who works at Peter Dunn Real Estate, won the most improved salesperson of the year in 2011 and has now gone one step further.
To take out the top award she improved her sales by 44 per cent in the past 12 months.
The awards are open to real estate offices both independent and franchises from throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Describing herself as a big goal setter, Lorna was thrilled to receive industry recognition of her sales and client care skills.
“I can’t believe it was 12 months ago that I received ‘Improver of the Year 2011’ and then to be nominated and go on to win the most prestigious award of all one year on was the ultimate for me,” Lorna said.
“It was an honour to be up against some of the country’s best and most respected agents,” she said.
“It’s a great feeling when the hard work, passion for what I do on a daily basis and ongoing training pays off.
“I have some excellent support from within the office and have my loyal clients to thank, who trust me to get the job done.”
