The 21-year-olds are hoping to arrive at their destination on Friday, February 21, with $20,000 in the kitty.
The duo has already raised $10,000 (see full story).
"At this stage, we're feeling great after completing 40km in the first day and we're encouraging as much interaction as possible," Mr Goff told the Singleton Argus this morning.
Mr Badger has resided in the Upper Hunter for the past two years, working at Kitchwin Hills Stud and Scone's Yarraman Park respectively.
His English counterpart has called Australia home for one year and has been working at Yarraman Park for the past three months.
