Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from today on the Golden Highway at Mount Thorley.
Transport for NSW will carry out the work, which includes building access tracks, drain cleaning and other routine maintenance, from Monday January. 11
To minimise impact on motorists, work will be carried out 1.7km north of Putty Road between 6.30am and 4.30pm from Monday to Thursday for six weeks, weather permitting.
Lane closures and a 40 km/h speed limit will be in place for two weeks from Monday February 8 between 8am and 3pm, which may impact travel times.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
