Sunday at approximately 6:10pm Singleton Fire& Rescue station and Hunter Valley police were responded to reports of a grass fire near the rail over the pass, New England Highway, Singleton.
Fire & Rescue firefighters arrived and found a small area of grass alight. Firefighters used hose lines to extinguish the fire.
