In the race to be the leading COVID-19 vaccinated Local Government Area (LGA) Upper Hunter Shire is still leading the way with 88.9% of its residents having received a first does and 59.0% now fully vaccinated.

In the Singleton LGA we have reached 79.9% first dose, and 42.4% their second dose.
For Muswellbrook ,now subject to a seven day snap lockdown from Tuesday September 28 at 6:00pm, they have recorded 74.9% first dose, and 39.5% second dose.
Neighbouring Dungog LGA has 83.5% with their first dose, and 53.2% being fully vaccinated. Member for Upper Hunter Dave Layzell predicts the LGAs in his seat will reach the magical 80% fully vaccinated in four weeks.
Since Saturday September 26 Singleton LGA has recorded five new COVID-19 cases. Two exposure sites : Anytime Fitness on: - Wednesday, September 22, from 9.20am - 10.55am. Singleton Council Administration Building on: - Friday September 24, from 8am - 4.30pm.
Walk-in vaccination clinic this Sunday
Singleton residents have their second walk-in vaccination clinic this Sunday, October 3 from 9:00am-1:00pm at the Civic Centre.

Clinic is for people aged 16 years and over
Medicare Holders ONLY
Medicare card and identification are required on the day
