This morning Sunday October 3, at approximately 5:00am Singleton Fire & Rescue, Singleton Ambulance, Singleton Police and units from Hunter Valley Rural Fire Service responded to reports of a single vehicle accident at the intersection of Mirannie and Gresford roads, Sedgefield, Singleton.

Emergency services arrived to find a white ute had come off the road and collided with a tree. Fire & Rescue firefighters assessed the vehicle for potential leaks and declared it safe and assisted with removal of debris from the road way.
One male occupant was transported via road ambulance with injuries.
