The arena spectacular, at the WIN Entertainment Centre on Saturday, November 30, aims to fund the RPA Transplant Institute (RPATI).
The duo - Jonathan Couling and Trefor Sproule - is also joining forces with Hunter's seven-time Golden Guitar winner and back-to-back CMC Male Artist of the Year Travis Collins to support the cause.
One-hundred per cent of the profits will be directed to essential life-saving organ transplant research, conducted at the RPATI.
Rodeo 4 Life producer Doug Vickers OAM is a grateful RPA liver transplant recipient himself.
"While Rodeo 4 Life will be exhilarating, Australia's bullriding champions won't just be riding for the grand prize when they burst from chutes in the ride of their lives," he said.
"They'll risk all by 'riding for a greater cause'.
"That is to raise big bucks to save lives through funding organ transplant research at the RPATA."
A whopping $30,000 in prizemoney is on offer, too.
Among Rodeo 4 Life's champion riders will be international bullriding superstar Couling.
"Jono is a strong contender for the Rodeo 4 Life grand prize with a string of impressive titles under his belt," Vickers said.
"It includes the 2014 and 2017 East to West Coast Bull Riding Champion crowns and he was a WRA and LRA Bull Riding finalist in 2016 in Alberta Canada.
"Trefor [Sproule], also from Singleton, will be among the Rodeo 4 Life champion bullriding line-up.
"He's a three-time ABCRA National Finals Qualifier, the 2016 XTREAM Bulls runner-up champion and the 2010 ABCRA Finals round winner.
"I'm sure Trefor will have his eye on the title - and the grand prize.
"Rodeo 4 Life audiences will come from across Australia to be part of something that's so much more than a night of exciting entertainment - they'll have the time of their lives and give seriously-ill people time to live.
"The audience should be prepared for an 'edge of their seat' experience when we rock The Gong with a thrilling, action-packed night of electrifying rodeo and country music entertainment."
