This visit began in John Street where he met the team from Helloworld Travel who have been operating out of their new premises on the main street for three months.
While in attendance he met with members of the Singleton Ladies Probus Club and enjoyed some fabulous home cooked treats.
Then it was off to a packed Rugby Club for their 42nd lunch with a legend, where no doubt a few stories were told.
But before that Singleton Cancer Appeal president Kay Sullivan took the opportunity to grab his autograph.
And, who knows it could end up helping her cause as the local charity is hosting a ‘Girls Night Out’ at Majestic Cinemas on Thursday, July 19.
Tickets are on sale now for the screening of the highly anticipated sequel to the box-office hit Mamma Mia.
