Senior playing coach Andrew Scott says he’s been happy with the large turnout following the Christmas break.
The former WAFL and NEAFL ball winner has been greatly assisted at each drill by his fellow on-field leaders Andrew MacPherson, Joshua Long, Daine Cowburn, Oliver Moody and Alex Mitchell.
MEANWHILE FFA Cup star Joseph Civello also made a cameo appearance with the Roosters on Thursday night.
The local striker will trade the round ball for the Sherrin until January 28 when the Singleton Strikers’ pre-season returns.
