With current COVID restrictions in place Bao Brothers like many Hunter business have innovated to ensure they can continue to trade during the pandemic.
"When we announced our Bao at home kits we had a lot of interest from Singleton so we knew we had to pay our home town a visit" James Mulholland said.
"My Mum and Dad have been isolating for almost two months now - and have been asking for us to bring them some Baos - we've packed an extra box just for them" David Griffin said.
David, Nathan and James have fond memories of growing up in Singleton. David played junior football for the Greyhounds and Nathan for the Bulls.
Five years ago David and Nathan started Bao Brothers - bringing their flavoursome food to some of the biggest food events around Australia.
"As much as we love doing the big events like the Sydney Night Noodle Markets and Bryon Bay Blues and Roots Festival we really look forward to coming back to Singleton and catching up with everyone". Nathan said.
