The clown was located on private property just outside of Singleton and was erected on Friday with associated signage.
It was discovered missing on Saturday morning with the signage still in place.
Moscow Circus media liaison, Leanne Linden, says there has been 10 displays erected in the area and this is the only one missing.
“They are worth around $3000 each so we are offering a reward for information that leads to the inflatable clowns whereabouts,” she says.
“They are all a little different but this one has the jesters hat.”
Please contact us on 0497 MOSCOW if you have any information, she asks.
