Playing in B grade, his handicap should be slashed to prevent a re-occurrence of this score at his next outing.
Graham Drennan also fired a great round; 43 points. Unfortunately for Drennan, he finished 4 points behind and had to settle for the runner’s up prize.
A grade was taken out by Josh Payne with 41 points.
Payne was also a healthy 4 point winner. Ben Harris fell into second place with a 37 point score line.
John Walker returned to some fine form with a score of 40 points to win C grade. Coming in next was Max Stone with 38 points.
Stone continues to impress as a junior on the move and certainly is one to watch for the future.
The time sheet for this Saturday’s Stableford Countdown competition is on the touch screen now. Book now to avoid any disappointment.
The Holden Scramble is being run this Sunday with an 8:30am shotgun start. We still require a couple of teams to fill the time sheet.
To enter, use the touch screen in the club house or contact Les in the Pro Shop.
The Titleist club fitting day on last Thursday was a huge success and Les wishes to thank all those who attended.
