Livestock producers from across the Hunter, Manning and Great Lakes are invited to join a guided bus tour showcasing the benefits of managed grazing system including beef, sheep, pigs and pasture fed egg production enterprises in the New England region.

Organised by Hunter Local Land Services the tour on June 4-5 will visit three innovative farming enterprises and enable producers to network with specialists in sustainable farming practice.
The farms visited are Urandagie Station, Guyra – Bill and Perrottet, Kenilworth, Guyra, Derek and Finoa Smith and Lana, Uralla, Tim Wright.
Joining the tour will be Judi Earl, specialist managed grazing systems/ Ag & Information Monitoring Systems and Bernard Doube – Dung Beetle and Soil Health expert, Dung Beetle Solutions International.
The buses depart early Monday June 4 from Taree, Paterson and Merriwa with pick-ups at Singleton, Muswellbrook and Scone. Stay overnight in Armidale and return June 5.
Participants pay for their own accommodation, breakfast and evening meal. Free bus transport, morning teas and lunches.
