A total of twelve jobs were called and attended to in the Singleton area which varied between a mix of trees down and roof jobs related to the two major storms that passed throughout the day.
The SES remind you to take advantage of good weather to prepare your homes for storm events; clean your gutters regularly, trim overhanging trees and branches and check your insurance is up to date.
“Our volunteers were out until early hours of Thursday morning ensuring all requests for assistance were finalised. We would like to thank the community for their patients during this time” explains Central Cluster Commander Simon Merrick.
