The two organisations co-hosted the annual Community Carols at the Heights with another big crowd descending upon the popular festive event.
With the Singleton Heights Public School choir, Singleton Town Band and Combined Churches Choir providing the entertainment, and jumping castles, illusionist Tricky Yippy and a children's activity tent for the kids, everyone was catered for.
Free drinks and food added to the charitable atmosphere, while classics such as Jingle Bell Rock and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer had residents tapping their toes.
"We've been staging this event for more than a decade," SBC Pastor Andrew Allinson said.
"But, we have joined forces with Generate Church the past couple of years.
"We weren't quite sure how we'd go, crowd-wise [tonight], with the current haze over the town.
"However, we're very happy with the response."
