CHAD Vesper has won the Singleton Golf Championships for the third time since his arrival in 2015, although there is something special about this win.

For the first time, his daughter Jasmine was able to share the celebrations, as she secured the ladies championship.
Vesper admitted it was was something that had been on his mind throughout the tournament.
"This year was extra special because my daughter won the ladies championship, so that was a big motivation for winning this year," he said.
With an overall score of 295 across four days, he was able to sneak home, although did reveal nerves started to get a hold of him on Sunday.
"I just put myself under a lot of pressure and was pretty nervous to actually bring it home," he said.
"I got there in the end, it was pretty ugly but it was a win."
With a two shot lead going into the last round, he knew it was going to be a tight finish.
Vesper, Murray Considine and Matthew Dicks could barely be separated with five holes to play, but the eventual winner went at one-under for that final stretch as the other two made a couple of errors.
Ultimately, Vesper was just pleased to have been able to take part in the competition this year.
"The course was great and it was great to be able to have the opportunity still during COVID-19," he said.
"We all know how bad 2020 has been but it was a good atmosphere at the club and the day was just good."
