On Friday, June 11, around 6:30pm Singleton Fire and Rescue and various units from the NSW Rural Fire Service responded to reports of a truck alight at Scotts Flat near Singleton.

Emergency services arrived at the property and located a flat bed truck loaded with hay bales.
Firefighters worked with hose lines and Breathing Apparatus to extinguish the truck which was totally destroyed by fire.
