On Monday afternoon highway traffic through Singleton were treated to the sight of Santa on board the local Fire and Rescue's much loved vintage fire truck as their annual lolly run got underway.
Each day this week Santa and his helpers from Fire and Rescue will be out from 4:00pm till 6:00pm delivering lollies on Thursday he will be at Hunterview and Pioneer Road and on Friday McDougalls Hill, Maison Dieu and Gowrie.
Major sponsors of the run were Glencore's Liddell and Mount Owen and Glendell Operations. Singleton Fire and Rescue wanted to thanks all their sponsors who have supported the lolly run saying thank you for helping bring so much joy to the entire community.
