A total of 18 students completed their exams, with twelve of those 18 completing both tap and ballet exams.
Students have been working hard since the beginning of the year, taking part in two exam classes per week as well as holiday and weekend workshops. Gold star students also completed their first ever pointe (ballet) exam.
"The students have put in so much effort attending two classes a week per style plus weekend and holiday workshops to prepare for the exams, no matter what they reports say we are extremely proud of all of them," says studio owner Simone Burrows.
Examiner Margaret Kirkness has been an ATOD Examiner for over a decade and has been on the ATOD board and is now currently the ATOD NSW State Organiser.
This is the fourth time that Mrs Kirkness has examined Blu's ATOD exams.
"I am extremely proud of all of our exam students, who have put so much time and effort into preparing for their exams this year. Their dedication, passion and friendship have all shone through and their results will be a great reflection of this. Well done to everyone!' says tap and ballet teacher Sharnee Ernst.
Examination results will be announced later this year.
