Featuring nearly 100 students with some as young as eight-years-old, this will be Singleton Public School's eleventh consecutive pantomime.
"I am proud as punch with this years cast and crew and am totally excited for the performances over the next two days, they have all be absolutely wonderful actors, actresses, dancers, singers and crew members," said Director Di Merrick.
The tale of Puss in Boots originated in France and dates back to 1687.
It is a 'rag to riches' tale and has all the traditional elements of a hilarious pantomime.
There are plenty of opportunities for the audience to join in with the actors so watch out for the signals!
Students have put their blood, sweat and tears into weekly rehearsals for the last few months to help capture the humorous take on the diverse characters in the story.
"As always, this production of Puss in Boots would not have been possible without the fabulous help of an amazing team of people behind the scenes," Mrs Merrick continued.
"I would like to say a big thank you to all the teachers involved in the production, your support throughout the year has been wonderful,"
The performance is riddled with comedic drama, gender bending, fairy tale love stories and overly cheesy jokes so be sure to check it out before it's over.
