Catastrophic bushfires the length of the the state's east coast will put even more demand on the organisation's services.
"For the first time we have had to put requests on hold until we receive some more funding," said Danica Leys, chief executive officer of the state branch speaking just before Christmas.
The organisation received support from the NSW Farmers who transferred $75,000 to help support farmers and dependent contractors to help with household bills payments.
NSW Farmers President James Jackson praised the work of the CWA NSW saying this donation is money pledged by ordinary Australians to the NSW Farmers Natural Disaster Relief Fund.
So please lets support this great institution - where the funds go to where they are needed most. To donate follow the links: https://www.cwaofnsw.org.au/page.php?id=13
